Calling Mother

CALLING MOTHER A game by Shortwave Games Set during The Cold War, a time when political tensions and the constant fear of spies were at an all-time high. The theme given for this year's GGJ was Waves. We looked at creating a game based on Radio Waves, mixed with the aesthetic of a Cold War Spy thriller with an endless runner style of game play. Players control a Radio Wave and attempt to avoid Obstacles in the form of Redacted Text in order to make a successful Transmission to Mother.
